926 Brady at Stockyards

926 Brady is a full-building office HQ opportunity primely located in the Stockyards development of historic West Midtown. Positioned directly in front of West Midtown’s railway, central to many favs of the ATL foodie scene, and easily accessible to I-75, myself and team at Nimble. worked to brand this industrial-chic, one-of-a-kind offering in partnership with Clarion and Westbridge. My scope within this project was spearheading branding, Marketing Collateral, and a supporting website to act as this building’s official launch to market.

Shaping a neutral, black, white, and rusted brown leading palette inspired by the finishes of the building itself, our challenge was to concept a brand that sought to blend the history of the site, the grit of West Midtown itself, a creative thinker/doer mindset, and the existing branding of the Stockyards site.

I was proud to contribute several illustrated touch points to this brand that give the marketing a unique edge. More than 34 custom icons to speak to area amenities were built, as well as a custom map, illustration of the building, and mascot illustration that speaks to the target visionary tenant of this building.
